Annual Chiefs of Police Conference

Vendors – Please mark your calendars for the 2018 Conference which will be held on March 26-29, 2018 (exhibit days March 27th and 28th)


The Utah Chiefs of Police Association welcomes vendors of law enforcement related products. This is your opportunity to meet personally with 95% of all Police Chiefs and Sheriffs and key Utah State law enforcement administrators in the State of Utah.

Vendor participation is an important aspect of the success of our conference. The Chiefs look forward to vendor contacts to learn what is new and available for their agency. Please register and pay no later than February 10, 2018, to allow the Dixie Convention Center time to provide you with additional information to ensure the conference is successful for your organization.

Booth locations will be reserved on a first come, first pay basis. Booth setup will be from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, March 26th. Vendor door prizes are always a draw for Chiefs and attendees. Exhibitor donated items will be given away during the trade show, the Wednesday luncheon and the President’s Social and vendors will be recognized for their contributions. The President’s Social will be held on Monday evening, March 26th at the Sunbrook Golf Course. Vendor sponsorship’s are an integral part of the success of our conference. Vendors wishing to sponsor breaks, continental breakfasts, luncheons, golf tournament holes or the President’s Social should indicate which event on the registration form.

Sponsorship’s will be listed in the conference program as well as at the event. The Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, March 26th at the Sunbrook Golf Course. There will be a shot gun start at 1:30PM. All vendors are invited to register for this prestigious golf tournament on the enclosed form.

Other Opportunities for Vendors

Vendors have three opportunities and options to get their product out to police chiefs in Utah. They are:

1. Advertise on our website

Vendors may advertise on the Utah Chiefs of Police Association website main pages (see ads on the lower left of this page) for $25.00 per month for a 160 x 120 pixel ad OR by being a gold sponsor at the Association annual conference. This designation allows your ad to be displayed for one year free of charge.


2. Advertise at the Utah Chiefs of Police Annual Conference

Booth space is available for rent each year at the Chiefs Annual Conference held in March each year. This is an opportunity to display your products to over 80% of all police chiefs and law enforcement professionals in the State of Utah. Vendors who rent booth space at the conference will be listed for FREE on our Supporting Vendors page under the Links tab.


3. List your business on our Supporting Vendors page

Vendors who cannot attend the annual conference, but would like to have a link to their business can buy a listing on the Supporting Vendor page for $50 per year.
