The Utah Chiefs of Police Association is a non-profit organization established to further law
enforcement in the State of Utah and to assist Utah Chiefs of Police in the performance
of their duties.

The Utah Chiefs of Police Association is comprised of all active chiefs of police in the State of Utah
and many other law enforcement executives in the State.  The governing board is the Board of Directors
who are voted into office at the annual conference, generally held each March. 
The day to day affairs of the Association are conducted by Frank Budd, Executive Director.
