Dear Vendor:
The Utah Chief’s of Police Association announces their annual
Conference to be held in St. George, Utah from March 23 - 26,
2009. This annual conference is a valuable opportunity for
you and your organization to network with the top law
enforcement officials throughout the State of Utah.
Enclosed is a registration form for the trade show to be held in
conjunction with the EDI Conference. Please mail the
registration form and payment by January 15, 2009 in order to
reserve your preferred booth and to allow the Dixie Convention
Center time to provide you with additional information to ensure
the conference is successful for your organization. Those
vendors who have supported this conference in the past have
found it to be very successful. Priority booth assignments
will be given to vendors needing two or more booths and to past
exhibitors. Booth setup will be from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
on Monday, March 23rd at the Dixie Center.
Door prizes donated by exhibitors will be given away during the
trade show, the Wednesday luncheon and the President’s Social.
The President’s Social will be held on Monday night, March
23rd, location to be announced.
Vendors wishing to sponsor breaks, continental breakfasts,
luncheon, golf tournament holes or the President’s Social should
indicate which event on the registration form.
Sponsorships will be listed in the conference program as well as
at the event.
The pre-conference golf tournament will be held on Monday, March
23rd at the beautiful Sunbrooke Golf Course. Registration
will be at 7:00 a.m. with tee-off at 8:00 a.m. All vendors
are invited to register for this prestigious golf tournament on
the enclosed form.
